The sun has risen. All is well.
A soft rain falls. All is well.
The hummingbird flits. To and fro.
Why does he flutter so?
What is his goal?
A violent staccato.
A flower’s soul.
The wind in the trees. All is well.
The gentle waves. All is well.
Hand raised in anger. Descending.
a loud crack, contacting
The boy crying out
A vile fathers face sneering
Sympathy without
The birds are chirping. All is well.
A girl laughs with joy. All is well.
Snapping of wood, brightly burning
The falling roof, crushing
How will they escape?
Prostrate, faint prayers offering.
A burning landscape.
I see all these things
In their face my voice is spent
Life and its many stings
The hurting cry out in lament
I cannot answer them.
I cannot answer them.
I cannot answer them.
For they have not known you Father
Show them your face
The Lord will not suffer dishonor
A crown of thorns.
He whispers, the women weep.
A dark sky warns.
A great weight displaced, the price steep.
The curtain is torn. All is Well.
The son has risen. All is Well.
