The thought of you fills my mind, all consuming.
A shining radiance at all times beautiful
You must be a dream, an angelic being.
And yet there you sit, simply irrefutable.
Your eyes are twin sapphires, piercing my heart
And yet I do not tremble at their searching gaze
my soul will lie bare before your seeking artAnd the joy of this knowledge sets my heart ablaze
How could I describe you? My heart cries this out,
A honeydew blossom draped in the morning dew
A fox, coy and violent, deadly throughout
A woman, godly, wise and beautiful are you
How could I be loved by one so very lovely
I do not dare discover the answer
Lest the mystery cease and in the discovery
You know the foolishness of loving a fool like me
